    A magical stay for the family

    Our kids loved the water park, and each day, the entertainment team lit up our evenings with laughter and joy. The buffet had a good variety we appreciated.

    We faced a long wait for room service to fix our clogged toilet, which took over 24 hours to resolve, leaving us feeling quite frustrated.

    The place was amazing for vacations. Our room was modern and brand-new, had a large bathroom. The location was great, the staff was superbly friendly! Besides, we were next to the center of the resort, and the restaurants the Brazilian rodizio which is supposed to eat meat. Had supper in an a la carte restaurant.

    The spacious and clean room, with the added bonus of having a well-stocked fridge included. Daily entertainment by the pool was a highlight, and my family really enjoyed the BBQ dinner. While the beach was beautiful, we did find the vendors a bit overwhelming at times.     The food selections were amazing, with something for everyone. Our kids had a blast at the water park, although they were a bit disappointed when it closed for a few days. The beach was pristine and well arranged, perfect for a family day out. We enjoyed the convenient quick food options available while at the water park and loved that we could reserve our dining spots through an app before arriving.

    A few bartenders were less than cute.

    This place was just a fitting option for a speedy visit in Punta Cana with value for money. The Italian restaurant had delicious lasagna, definitely a highlight of my stay. Just steer clear of the circus restaurant. The food was not good.

    Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

    The kids had a blast at the pools and slides, but I wish adults could join in. Be cautious about bedbugs. My daughter had bites. Check out poolside snacks for a tasty midday treat. Wish pools stayed open later!

    Fine views and fantastic staff!

    I loved the view from my room, right in front of the castle. The pools were large and relaxing, and I can't stop raving about the delicious piña coladas. The staff were friendly and greeted me warmly every time I walked by. The pool was a bit too warm due to the intense sun, but that was beyond the resort's control.
